SystemsX.ch Fourth Call for Proposals
SystemsX.ch, the Swiss Initiative in Systems Biology, is issuing its Forth Call for Proposals.
The focus of the present Call is on :
- Interdisciplinary Pilot Projects (IPPs): innovative projects with a high risk to scientifically fail and / or seed projects. Up to ten Interdisciplinary Pilot Projects (IPP) will be funded.
- Interactions between Academia and Industry: Bridge 2 Industry (BIP) and Industrial Sabbaticals in Academia (ISA) projects.
Deadlines:
IPP:
Deadline for submission of proposals for IPP projects is January 15, 2011.
BIP and ISA:
Unlike the IPP projects, submission deadlines for BIP and ISA are more frequent to allow more flexibility in preparing a proposal together with industrial partners. Deadlines for BIP and ISA proposals are as follows (of each year):
- February 1
- May
- August 1
- November 1
The next deadline for BIP and ISA proposal is November 1, 2010.
