TITLE
Tools and interfaces for UHTS processing at the BBCF

ABSTRACT
I will present the general architecture of our recent developments, some of which have a wider interest for genomics-related bioinformatics.
This includes a genome mirroring tool (genrep), a workflow manager (bein), a genome data viewer (GDV) and various analysis pipelines that are accessible as python scripts or via web interfaces.
I’ll show how the pipelines are designed, and how you can create your own script to make use of our libraries and reproduce locally the behaviour of the web interface.
