A new trainee at the PAF

Luca Cannizzaro started working at the PAF on Nov. 2, 2009 on the setup of new methodologies to study glycosylated proteins in sera samples.

From July 2008 to May 2009, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Novartis Institute for Tropical Diseases, Singapore, where he worked on
“quantitative proteomics using the QconCAT approach for the quantification-validation of putative biomarkers for tuberculosis” and “biomarker discovery in biological fluids for tuberculosis setting up new methodologies for the analysis of not detected or low detectable proteins in 2-DE”.
