Mariano Schiffrin obtained his PhD in Beatrice Desvergne’s group in 2016. After doing a trip around the world he came back at the UNIL in the group of Gregory Resch at the biophore for working with bacteriphages (viruses that infect bacteria). Mariano is joining the group of Béatrice Desvergne as a Post-Doc to pursue his previous studies on gender dimorphism of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
