Catalysing innovation: life sciences and patents
Have you ever wondered whether your research might have an important economic potential and should be protected? What are the requirements to obtain a patent in the life sciences, and what are the “dos” and “don’ts”? Or are you already an inventor on a patent application and want to learn more about the patenting process? Innovation is a major driver of economic growth and social well-being, and a well-functioning system for the protection of intellectual property rights is the foundation of an innovative society.
We have the chance to get a first-hand insight into these topics by experts from the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property.
