Associate Professor or Tenure-track Assistant Professor at the Center for Integrative Genomics (CIG)

We seek candidates with a PhD degree and significant post-doctoral experience who have demonstrated excellence in research and have an interest in teaching.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

• establish an independent, innovative, and internationally-competitive research program that will attract extramural funding,
• participate in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels,
• participate in departmental life.

The Center for Integrative Genomics is a highly interactive, multidisciplinary research center of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne (UNIL); its research activities are supported by state-of-the-art core facilities.

Areas of particular interest for this position are functional genomics, regulation of gene expression, epigenetics, nuclear organization and chromatin conformation. The position comes with a competitive starting package and running budget.
