après son franc succès l'an passé, CAOS est heureux de
vous convier à la seconde édition de l'exposition CIG's
got talent! Le principe de cette exposition est de proposer
aux collaborateurs du CIG et Génopode d'exposer et
présenter leurs différents travaux artistiques
(peinture, sculpture, photographies, poèmes,...) à leurs
collègues.
Informations:
Lieu: Hall de l'administration du CIG (Niveau 2)
Date: Inauguration le jeudi 14 avril 2011. Exposition durant
3 semaines.
Si vous souhaitez saisir cette opportunité pour
présenter vos travaux artistiques, merci de vous inscrire
en répondant à ce mail et en indiquant le type de
travaux ainsi qu'une estimation du nombre d'oeuvres (et leur
taille) que vous souhaiteriez exposer.
L'exposition regroupant les travaux de plusieurs personnes
et l'espace étant limité, il se peut qu'un nombre
restreint d'oeuvres par personne soit finalement retenu. Une
réunion d'information aura lieu avec tous les participants
mi mars afin de préparer l'exposition. Si vous avez des
questions spécifiques, merci de les transmettre en
répondant à cet email. Les frais pouvant être
engendrés pour cette exposition (achat de cadres, tirages
photos,...) restent à la charge des participants.
Agenda pour les participants:
- 15 Mars: délai maximum pour les inscriptions
- Entre le 15 et 25 Mars: réunion d'information
- 12 et 13 Avril: mise en place des oeuvres
- 14 Avril: inauguration de l'exposition

Dear all,
after its great success last year, CAOS is proud to announce
the second edition of the exhibition "CIG's got talent".
This exhibition will allow CIG and Génopode's
collaborators to exhibit and present their artistic work
(painting, sculpture, photography, poetry,...) to their
colleagues.
Information:
Place: CIG's administration hall (level 2)
Date: opening April, the 14th. Exhibition lasting 3 weeks.
If you want to use this opportunity to present your artistic
work, thanks to register by replying to this mail and
indicating the type of work you'll present and an estimation
of the number of pieces and its sizes.
The exhibition will gather pieces from several persons and,
due to limited space, only a limited number of pieces per
persons might finally be allowed. An information meeting
will be held mid March to prepare the exhibition with the
participants. If you have any question, feel free to contact
us by replying to this mail. Potential expenses being
engaged by the participants for the exhibition (frames,
photo prints,...) won't be reimbursed.
Schedule for participants:
- March, 15th: deadline for registration
- Between 15th and 25th of March: information meeting
- April the 12th and 13th: set up of the pieces
- April, 14th: opening of the exhibition
