Program: 

• 17:00 – 19:00: aperitif in the hall
  • Cocktail contest: may the best lab win! (no refund possible from funds)
  • Studio photo: for the record!
  • Dress code (contest): Cocooning – be creative!
    
• 19:00 – 22:00: dinner in the hall
  • Pub quizz: as scientific and madcap as possible!
  • Secret Santa’s presents will be distributed before dessert (preferentially home-made / 2nd hand presents!)
  • Family-like dishes to share all together

• 22:00 – 00:00: fun activity in a meeting room upstairs to extend the evening

What is “secret Santa”?
-> you register to receive the name of a colleague who’s secret Santa you are going to be. Therefore, the name you pick is the name of the person you will make a present to! 
Secret Santas will receive a randomly assigned colleague’s name mid-November, which leaves them enough time to find the perfect gift!
Our CIG Santa will distribute the presents, so your identity remains secret 🙂
