Dear Colleagues,

Together with Pascale Cossard, 2008 Louis Jeantet prize-winner (Institut Pasteur, Paris) and Michael Hall, 2009 Louis Jeantet prize-winner (Biozentrum, Basel), we have the pleasure to organize the first international Louis-Jeantet Symposium which will take place on Tuesday October 23 (afternoon) and Wednesday October 24 (morning), 2012, at the Centre Médical Universitaire in Geneva. Programme and registration procedure available on www.jeantet.ch.

The Symposium will bring together leading scientists from Switzerland, Europe and the United States in the fields of the two Louis-Jeantet prize-winners.

It will provide a unique opportunity for doctoral students, post-doctoral fellows and senior scientists from the Arc lémanique to discuss with leaders in these fields, and we hope it will generate fruitful discussions and long-lasting interactions among the participants.
