Now that the IT support transition is on its way to a close, it is time to officially introduce the new support coordinator of the Genopode: Luc Bochud!

As some of you may have already seen, he and his team will now be in charge of handling your support requests from their cosy nest in the Amphipole building.
You can now use the helpdesk@unil.ch email address for all your IT support requests (software installation and troubleshooting, hardware problems, and soon even IT equipment orders), or the helpdesk line at ☎️ 22.11 if the matter is urgent.

Note that the genopode-it@unil.ch email address will not be checked as frequently, so please use helpdesk@unil.ch to ensure a quick processing of your request.
