* Personal grants to finance young highly qualified researchers during postdoctoral research abroad
* Personal support of young highly qualified researchers during postdoctoral work on selected research projects at universities and clinics in Switzerland
* A precondition for all recipients of support is that they seek to continue their further career in Switzerland
* Grants may be awarded supplementary to partial scholarships from the Swiss National Science Foundation or other foundations, but not to full scholarships from other institutions
