Post-doctoral fellow positions open to study the evolutionary divergence of lipid biosynthesis and membrane-associated functions in S. pombe and S. japonicus in the Oliferenko lab, King’s College London / Crick institute (UK).

Project:
1) probe the divergence of membrane homeostasis mechanisms (cell biology, genetics, various omics);
2) understand the functional impact of lipid repertoire on organismal physiology (lab evolution, retroengineering, physiology).
