La Fondation Nestlé met en place et soutient la recherche en nutrition humaine relative à la santé publique dans les pays à faibles revenus et à revenus de moyens à faibles.

Walter Wahli has been elected as a Council member of the Nestlé Foundation.
The Nestlé Foundation for the Study of Problems of Nutrition in the World initiates and supports research in human nutrition with public health relevance in low-income and lower middle-income countries.
Tabula, the Swiss diet magazine of the Swiss Society of Nutrition wrote an article about the book by Prof. Walter Wahli and Nathalie Constantin “La nutrigénomique dans votre assiette, les gènes ont aussi leur part du gâteau”.

On behalf of the Senate of the Swiss Academy of Medical Sciences (SAMS), Prof. Walter Wahli was appointed member of the committee on Scientific Integrity in November 2011.
