After more than five years spent at the CIG, Nicolas Rotman is leaving on May 31st, 2011.
He joined the CIG on April 1st as a Postdoc in Prof. Walter Wahli‘s lab. Then, he worked as a Maître Assistant from October 1st, 2006 to September 30th, 2010. FInally, he became a Researcher FNS senior on October 1st, 2010.
We wish him all the best for his future.
Mariano Schiffrin will join Prof. Béatrice Desvergne’s lab on May 1st as a PhD Student to work on his project entitled: “PPARS Function on Mesenchymal Stem Cell Differentiation and Bone Metabolism”.
Nourhène Khaled will come back at the CIG on May 1st in Prof. Walter Wahli’s lab as a Intern to work on the role of PPARs on Metabolism. Last year, Nourhène was working as a Master Student with Prof. Walter Wahli.
The book “La nutrigénomique dans votre assiette – les gènes ont aussi leur part de gâteau” written by Prof. Walter Wahli and Nathalie Constantin has been released in March, 2011 by the publishing house de boeck.
Alexandra Montager, postdoc in Prof. Wahli’s group, joined the CIG on November 1st, 2006. She will leave the CIG at the end of March, 2011 to start a new job in Toulouse (INRA).
