Gabriele Dammone has obtained a bachelor in Biological Sciences in Catania, Italy. He came in Lausanne for his master studies and made his first-step project in the DMF. He joined the Béatrice Desvergne group for his Master project (in collaboration with Jérôme Feige, NIHS/EPFL), and he will focus his work on the role of PPARg in the cross-talk between inflammation and the stem cell niche during skeletal muscle regeneration.
