Lorenz Weidenauer will join the PAF in August 2016 to do a PhD thesis.
He did his bachelor in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at EPFL in Switzerland. He also did a three months internship in the laboratory of prof. Christian Heinis, working on bicyclic peptide generation using phage display technology.
Lorenz did his master in Molecular and Biological Chemistry at EPFL under the supervision of prof. Horst Vogel. During his master thesis, he worked on identification, and both proteomic and genomic screening of exosomes.
