Michaël Wiederkehr joined on October 1st, 2011 the laboratories of Alexandre Reymond and Nouria Hernandez to work on a Sinergia project titled « the effect of sequence variation on chromatin structure and transcription, directed by Emmanouil Dermitzakis from the University of Geneva, and to which Bart Deplancke from the EPFL is also a participant.  Michael will be responsible for performing chromatin immunoprecipitations from a wide collections of lymphoblastoid cell lines, with the aim of integrating these data with existing transcriptome profiling and  sequence variation data.
