Sébastien Kessler completed a PhD on the sensory physiology of an African malaria mosquito vector at the University of Neuchâtel under the supervision of Prof. Patrick Guerin. He then joined the group of Prof. Geraldine Wright at Newcastle University, UK, where he studied the physiology of taste in bees. The 1st of March, he has joined the group of Prof. Bernard Thorens as a postdoc. The project will focus on nutrient sensing and glucose homeostasis in mice and represents a great opportunity to extend his knowledge in Neuroscience.
