Pawel Dąbrowski-Tumański is a PhD student in Joanna Sulkowska’s group in Warsaw, where he works on proteins with complex topology. He is a trained organic chemist, who studied also biophysics and mathematics and was working in parallel on synthesis and spectroscopical characterisation of nucleotide-sugars and 5’mRNA cap analogs. His scientific interests lie in the intersection of biochemistry, mathematics and (bio)physics. His non-scientific interests hiking, reading, listening to music (also playing piano or guitar) and various sports.
