The Nestlé Research PhD students in collaboration with BSNL are delighted to invite you to the one day symposium

Faces of Industrial Research (FIR) 2022

The goal of this symposium is to provide insight into fundamental and translational research done in Life Science and Healthcare companies based in Switzerland. Furthermore, this event wants to create awareness and acknowledgement of existing industrial programs for MSc’s, PhDs, and PostDocs.

During the event, scientists and postdocs currently employed by Nestlé, Novartis, Roche, Lonza and Debiopharm as well as local start-ups and universities, will showcase their career paths and scientific projects by giving short talks. This year FIR will include booths exposed during the whole day event, represented by local spin-off university start-ups. The symposium will include networking opportunities with the speakers during the lunch time and cocktail. It will also allow future scientists to discover what industry can offer in terms of scientific projects as well as opportunities for young scientists.
