At the beginning of 2022, all Campus Cards that manage your access to various facilities will be replaced (read this article to learn more about this change). To ensure that everyone can continue to access the facilities they need without interruption, please read the following carefully.

Upon replacement, the new Campus Card will be mailed to your PRIVATE address on record in our systems. To ensure that everyone receives it, we ask you to check that your private address is correct in our systems. You will find it on the Myunil portal in your account, under administrative data: https://my.unil.ch/admindata/ (authentication with your edu-ID account required). For this replacement, only the PRIVATE address is important. A small “house” pictogram is indicated on the left of the address.

If this address is incorrect, you must request a correction by replying directly to the e-mail you received from Personnel-unil@unil.ch.
The deadline for correcting your address is 15.11.2021.

You can take advantage of this opportunity to replace the photo of your campus card by a more recent one, but ONLY until Sunday, October 31st. To do so, please send to Personnel-unil@unil.ch a photo according to the indications below:

The photo must be in jpeg format.
The photo must be a portrait.
