The Swiss National Science Foundation invites researchers from Switzerland to submit photographs, images and videos produced during their research activities to the SNSF Scientific Image Competition.

A work can be submitted in four categories:

• The object of study
• women and men of science
• places and tools
• video loop
  
  The jury awards a first prize of 1000 francs and several mentions of 250 francs in each category.

The Competition is open to scientists working in a university or research institution in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Only works created after January 1, 2022 can be submitted.

Submission deadline: January 31, 2023
