Charlotte Hor obtained her PhD in Life Sciences at the CIG in December 2008, under the direction of Alexandre Reymond. After some post-doctoral time in the same lab, she moved to Barcelona to join the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in the groups of Xavier Estivill and Stephan Ossowski, where she set up a workflow to study the epigenetic landscape in experimental and disease conditions. Returning to Lausanne, she joined the Franken lab in February 2015 to study epigenetic changes induced by sleep loss in the mouse.
