The Lausanne Genomic Technologies Facility will host a training for GeneGo MetaCore, a web-based integrated knowledge database and software suite for pathway analysis of experimental data and gene lists that is particularly useful for the mining of RNA expression profiling data sets (http://www.genego.com/).

The training will be held from 09h30-17h00 on Wednesday June 29 in Room 146 of the Amphipole Building on the UNIL’s Dorigny campus.

The emphasis of the training will be on the analysis of expression profiling data in the context of biological pathways and networks.
