Assistant Professor position open in Cell Biology at UCI, CA (USA)

 Applications are invited for a tenure-track faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor in the Department of Development and Cell Biology. We seek candidates with an interest in cell biology, broadly defined. Of particular interest are applicants who use quantitative approaches to pursue research in areas such as (but not limited to) organelles and their interactions, protein homeostasis and synthetic biology. Priority will be given to candidates whose research will benefit from interdisciplinary collaborations, interactions with members of the department ( and from affiliation with campus centers and institutes.
